It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kim Maciej, on August 6, 2024 at the age of 45. Beloved wife of Mark Hooper, loving and devoted mother to William and James, daughter of Patricia Bilodeau, sister of David Maciej. Kim was predeceased by her father Donald Maciej and mother-in-law Jill Hooper.
Kim was the single greatest woman I have ever known. I am proud that she has been with me for twenty five years. She gave me two incredible boys and a home I didn’t think I would ever deserve. Thank you for being my Wife and Mother to William and James. We miss you dearly.
A gathering will take place on August 16, 2024 at the Voluntas Funeral Home, 4695 St-Jean Blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9H 2A7. Visitation from 12-2 p.m., followed by eulogies at 2 p.m.
Attire: Casual, please dress in practical and comfortable clothing with a touch of blue in honour of Kim (if possible).
Donations in her memory to Lachine Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated.
