October 16, 2025 at 12:07 pmOur condolences to your family from Stanford and mary bairds family. Mary always spoke about bernard and his brother and how they owned the gas station and were so friendly. Shr would say when we go to visit you have to stop in and see them. We never did make it up to gaspe life in the city always keep us busy. The fiddling that was played when the kids were small when the family would go back in the summers, must have been these relatives, as no one we know of is musical! The joy and sound and family atmosphere that was brought to the baird house is still fondly remembered. Our gaspe roots run deep and the ancestry does as well, and the kindness of a loved one, such as you father filled others with happiness, and this will be missed greatly. Whar is to remember is that our loved ones are always with us, when we repeat a saying they said, or fondly speak of them in most loving terms.
