ARSENAULT, Michel
July 3, 1964 - May 28, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michel. His departure came far too soon, leaving an immeasurable void in the lives of all who knew and loved him. Michel leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, kindness, and quiet resilience that will continue to inspire and guide his family for generations to come.
Michel was the devoted husband and best friend of Donna Corbett, with whom he shared a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering partnership. He was a deeply loving and dedicated father to Matthew (Jaimee) and Rachel (John), always present, supportive, and endlessly proud of his children. Nothing brought him greater joy than being Papa to his cherished grandchildren, Maelie and Marlowe, whose lives were enriched by his boundless love and gentle presence.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Percy and Geina Arsenault; his brothers, Shawn (Chantal) and Jason (Wafaa); his sister-in-law, Debbie; and his beloved nieces and nephews, Chiara, Emma, Nicolas, and Christopher.
Professionally, he was an exceptional engineer who approached his work with integrity, dedication, and pride. Beyond his career, Michel found his greatest peace in nature. An avid outdoorsman, he was happiest beside a quiet lake, surrounded by the beauty of the natural world. He embraced life’s simple pleasures and created countless treasured memories with family and friends.
Though his time with us was far too brief, the love he shared, the values he lived by, and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
A viewing will be held on June 12th 3:30-5:30PM, Service will begin at 6:00PM followed by a reception.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence.

June 11, 2026 at 12:50 pmDear Donna, Matthew, Rachel and Debbie,
I’ve been thinking so much about all of you since hearing about Michel. After more than 35 years of knowing your family, this loss feels deeply close, and especially hard knowing how quickly everything changed.
What stays with me most is the kind of man he was—quietly strong, warm, and deeply devoted to you. That doesn’t leave with him; it lives on in your family and in the many memories you carry.
Please know you’re in my thoughts in a very real way.
My deepest condolences,
Irena

Please accept our most heartfelt condolences. Michel was an incredible man, and I don’t think I can recall seeing him without a smile. He made playing softball an even more enjoyable experience, and it was an honour to get to know him and the family more over the years. He will be beyond missed.

Please accept our deepest heartfelt condolences for the loss of your beloved husband and father.
Michel was such a nice and kind person always smiling, and such a great neighbour. We had so many wonderful chats over the bushes which he so faithfully trimmed.
May you always remember him with the sweetest memories.
Praying God would be close to you at this time and give your strength and peace.
