On September 2, 2023, at the age of 60, Roger Philip Doiron of Dorval passed away. Beloved husband of Kelly Bellware. Dear son of the late Joseph Eddy and Florence Doiron (née Babineau). Dear son-in law of Carol Bellware and the late Peter. Beloved nephew of Elva Cox. Predeceased by his brothers, Paul (Rose) and Claude (Bev). Survived by his sister, Jeanette Litnewski (née Doiron). Brother-in law of Scott Bellware (Lee). Loving uncle of Jessica, Tanya and Mark. He will be missed by his many relatives in New Brunswick. Roger was a friend to many and he will be remembered by the countless people whose lives he touched. He was that special kind of person that everyone liked and he had a way of making people feel that they mattered. Roger was an animal lover. He loved dogs, especially his girl, Holly. He also loved Holly’s cat, Lucy.

A celebration of Roger’s life will take place at Golf Dorval, 2000 Reverchon, Dorval, H9S 2S7 on Saturday, September 16th at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, Refuge Magoo or to a charity of your choosing. A simple act of kindness with Roger in mind would work, too.
Special thanks to Sabrina Jeans and the nursing team at the Lakeshore General Hospital Oncology Day Center. Thank you to Dr. Sheldon Magder of the MUHC as well as Dr. Shen Li of the LGH. And to the ICU teams at the Lakeshore General Hospital and the MUHC – Glen Site for their tireless care.
