In loving memory of Margaret MacKenzie Goodey November 3rd, 1927 – June 7th, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Margaret MacKenzie Goodey at Lakeshore General Hospital Saturday June 7th at the age of 97 years old.
Beloved wife of the late Gerald Goodey (2012) and the late Bill Liddell (1979).
Loving mother of the late (Suzanne), Mary, Richard, stepdaughters Janet (Brian) and the late (Patricia) and stepson John. Proud grandmother of Kelly, Kaela, Matthew, Adrienne, Tony, Deborah, Kelly, Shirley, Cathy and others and great grandmother of Noah, Cole and many others.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at Sunrise Beaconsfield for the wonderful care she received in the last 2 years of her life and the Doctors and staff on the 3rd floor for their care and compassion during this past week. As expressions of sympathy, please consider a memorial donations in Margaret’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or the Welcome Hall Mission.
A small gathering will be held June 12th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Voluntas.
