Patricia passed away peacefully at the Lakeshore General Hospital on November 1, 2018 at the age of 99.

Loving mother of Sherry Cleveland and Shelley Cleveland (Malcolm Fletcher), her grandchildren Sharon, Daniel (Erika Anderson) and Matthew, great granddaughter Mirra. She will also be missed by her niece Judy and special family member Maureen Campeau.
