It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Howard Millar at the age of 73.
To say Howie was special was an understatement. A man loved and respected by everyone he met. Good-natured, helpful and generous with a tender heart Howie was known as a really nice guy and always quick to make people laugh. A hockey lover, he played with the Kraft team and the Pierrefonds oldtimers. A great hard worker, he had a great career at Kraft for over 39 years. Howie will be remembered for his love of gardening and an avid sports fan. He will be greatly missed by his family who he loved and appreciated more than anyone knows.
He leaves to mourn his wife Brigitte Gratton, his sons Neil Craig Millar, his sons-in-law Jeff Lambo, Terry Lambo and Tim Lambo, his sisters-in-law Sylvie and Josée as well as his nephew Mathieu Cotnoir and all his family and friends.
A celebration of life will take place at Brasserie la Résidence, 4705 boul. Saint-Jean, February 10, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be greatly appreciated (liver.ca)
