1938-2022
Died peacefully at home on December 10th, 2022. Beloved wife of Alan Mitchell for 60 years.
Predeceased by daughter Vicki. Will be greatly missed by daughter Leslie, son-in-law Jonathan and grandchildren Laura and Jason.
Bev was the secretary at Harold Napper school for 23 years, a job that she loved. After retirement, Bev became an active member of the Champlain Mall walkers club where she reconnected with old friends and made many new ones.
Alan and Leslie are forever grateful for the support of family and friends who helped with care, did errands and provided a listening ear. Special thanks to Bev’s friends who took the time to call, visit, and send cards.
As per Bev’s wishes, there will be no funeral. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Please consider making a donation to Nova West Island who provided palliative nursing home support.
