The family of Anna (Annet) Rozestraten (nee Eek) is saddened to announce her passing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Lakeshore General Hospital, at the age of 94 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Anna, Richard (Joanne), and Carla (Tim), her grandchildren Melissa (Dan), Katie, Scott, Joseph, and Aaron, her great grandchildren Joshua, Julien and Cassidy.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph Rozestraten of 19 years. Anna and Joseph emigrated to Canada from the Netherlands shortly after their marriage in 1956 and resided in the Montreal area where they raised their family.
A visitation will be held at Voluntas Funeral Home at 4695 boul. St-Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, H9H 2A7, on Monday, November 20, from 3:30 – 5:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 21, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke’s Parish, 106A Anselme-Lavigne, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, H9A 1N8.
Donations may be made to the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence.
