A child of life walks the earth sowing seeds of love
Watering them with tears of family
Flowers blooming around her feet
Sweet smells enveloping her, holding her strong
Petals falling to the ground circling softly
Lifting her up to her new world
Souls of kindness waiting to greet her
In the self of acceptance
Rest well Tarna
In your Silent slumber
In your golden light
Warmed bright by the hearts
Who hold your name
“The truth, and the pleasant truth, should be spoken.”
In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to any supportive organization for the needs of women and children that your heart guides you to, in Tarna Wood’s name.
A private service where family received condolences and held hands in a heart already took place.

September 14, 2019 at 12:39 pmYour grief must be unbearable and I offer my deepest sympathy on your loss of such a genuinely beautiful soul. I worked with Tarna in animal rescue for several years and know how intelligent, kind, honest, sincere and mature she was. She was truly a bright light and her loss is beyond measure. Tarna did so much good in her short life and I always knew she would have been an amazing nurse. With deepest sympathy.
