PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

• Meetings, consultation, documentation, planning, coordination and complete follow-up
• Filling out forms with the authorities and initial requests of governmental death benefits
• Upkeep of operational registers and securing of file

DECEDENT CARE

• Transportation from place of death (40 km)
• Preparation, embalming & casketing
• Transportation to place of gathering (40 km)
• Transportation to cemetery (40 km)

STAFFING & ATTENDANCE

• One funeral director up to 4 consecutive hours with necessary equipment and family care package:
  • Set-up of premises
  • Visitation (1h)
    
  • Service/Celebration of Life/Funeral Mass
  • Presence to burial (40 km)

VEHICLE

• Lead or service vehicle (3 consecutive hours) – (40 km)
• Hearse (3 consecutive hours) – (40 km)
• Administrative for transportation of the deceased (40 km)

Additional charges for the following services:

• Additional consultation, coordination, attendance or vehicle: $80/h per staff member/car
• Limousine seven (7) passengers: $375-$475/3-4 consecutive hours
• Pallbearers: $90/each (3 consecutive hours)
• Visitation the day before (extra fee applicable for vehicle, staff and attendance)

Not included: casket, cemetery property or services, monuments, memorabilia, place of gathering charges, other disbursements and taxes.
