February 20, 2025 at 9:56 pmDeborah is the best daughter Mrs Bolger could’ve had spending many hours every day with her, rallying for her and spending her final hours with her. Mrs Bolger was loved and will be missed.

February 20, 2025 at 10:16 pmI was a childhood friend of Mrs. Bolger’s daughter Deborah, and every summer the Bolger family would kindly host me for days as I spent time with them in their immaculate home. I remember their poodle Buffy! Deborah and I loved to swim in their backyard pool, and lie on deck chairs reading books as Mrs. Bolger would tend to the trees in her garden. Just as Mrs. Bolger took meticulous care of her home, Deborah was devoted to the care of her mother in the later years as Mrs. Bolger’s health deteriorated. The Bolger family was a big part of my growing up years in Dollard Des Ormeaux, and I will always appreciate the generosity they showed to me.

February 21, 2025 at 9:12 amAlthough I only got to know Edith in her later years, she became a part of my daily life when I would bug her everyday at the dining room table to say Hi to me and some days we had a good chat. In Deborah, Edith was truly blessed to have birthed such an awesome daughter. I saw how she cared for her Mom daily with love, compassion, and dignity. She was also her strongest advocate. Over the years I also gain a good friend in Deborah knowing Edith.

February 25, 2025 at 6:53 pmI am the first grandchild of Edith and Ray Bolger.I have many great memories of my grandparents…spending summers there by the pool, becoming friends with the boys next door, and going grocery shopping. She had impeccable taste in clothes, fine foods, meats and cheese. No one stop shop for this lady-she knew all the butchers and special deli shops that could cater to her tastes….and she taught me well. She taught me what good food is. I loved visiting..I was allowed to sample beer and wine, and met many of her German friends….I miss them both very much, and am greatly saddened to hear of this loss….I urge Deborah to contact me,as I have lost everything to Hurricane Helena…all paperwork, phone contact info, and memories…I have a family of 3 grown boys aged 21,23,and 26.The oldest is married and has just bought his first house that is literally 4 minutes away from our rental since the storm. We are a close family that drifted apart from our relatives after my first baby boy was born.We now reside in Florida and are permanent residents. I am praying for resolution and peace between my family and the estrangement we have been through. My husband James and I have been together 26 years, and have often thought about everyone. may God heal your broken hearts, and ours.In Jesus name,Amen.

February 27, 2025 at 2:06 amI have been friends with Deborah since we both moved to DDO. I have fond memories of of playing at their house, climbing the apple tree, and swimming in the pool in the backyard. I remember her mom backing a bday cake, with money inside, I thought it was such a fun thing she did. Deborah was a very devoted daughter, she took such good care of her mom. Making sure she had the best care possible.
