Sadly on October 30, 2024, at the age of 81, Juanita passed away. She is preceded by her beloved husband Cyril McFarlane (2020). She leaves to mourn her cherished nieces Penny and Amanda and grandnieces Lily and Madeleine. She will be missed by her family and friends.
A special thank you to her wonderful caregivers Criss and Angela.
A gathering will take place at Voluntas Funeral Home on Thursday, November 28, 2024 from 12-2 p.m., followed by the burial at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Pointe-Claire at 2:30 p.m.

November 15, 2024 at 10:40 amI was Juanita’s caregiver in the home where she lived. I was very very close to and tried my best to make her happy. In her last days, you could see her always smiling, talking and very active. I will miss her sooooo much, I know she has gone to be with our Lord. May your gentle soul RIP dear Juanita Amen

November 16, 2024 at 10:17 amI worked for and knew Juanita for over 18years We had many meals together,shared memories and laughter. She was a wonderful person,I loved her very much. And it’s hard to know how little or how much to say when some you care so much about no longer with us.
To Penny,Amanda,Lily,Madeline. Juanita often spoke of you all, with fondness. I’m so sorry for your loss, please accept my heartfelt sympathy. To the McFarlane family, The names I knew before I even met you guys,Carol,Cynthia and Trevor, she loved you very much,and was proud to have you guys in her life.
