Gerard passed away peacefully on April 7, 2020 at the age of 92. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years Nel Geukers (née Sikkenk), he will be sadly missed by his son Don (Carole), his daughter Emeline (Philippe), and his grandchildren Nathalie, Philippe, Mélanie and Martin, and his many family and friends in Canada and Holland.
Due to the current conditions a private family memorial will be held with a more public service to be announced at a later date. The family thanks you for your kind wishes.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Lakeshore Hospital or West Island Palliative Care Residence (514-693-1718, www.wipcr.ca).

I had called him several times and had no answer on the phone , What a sad news that my friend Gerard passed away !! I have been thinking of him very often. My sincere condolences to Emiline and Don.
