MOORE VOKEY, Rose-Mary
- February 6, 2025

Rosemary passed away peacefully on February 6 at the age of 78. She’s gone to join her loving husband William Henry Vokey who passed away
in 2004. We know they are holding hands walking on a beach together. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Sharon (David),
Bonnie and son, and Michael (Marie France). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Jesse (Joannie), Isabel and Finn, Jacob and Emily (mother Melissa), and her great grandson, Thomas. Remembered by treasured friends Diane and Jeanette. She is survived by her brother Brian (Diane). Rosemary was a lifelong resident of the West Island and attended St. Thomas High School.
Our mother had an enduring career in the travel industry which allowed her to see the world and help others do the same. She passed on her love
of travel to everyone close to her, especially her children.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Voluntas Funeral Home, 4695 Boul. St. Jean, Dollard des Ormeaux,
Qc. Visitation will be between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m., our tribute to Rosemary at 4 p.m. and a reception until 7:30 p.m.
Donations in her memory to Dans La Rue would be greatly appreciated.
“A mom’s hug lasts long after she lets go.”

February 13, 2025 at 11:47 amOur deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers to Rosemary’s family for the loss of their mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Our hearts go out to all of Rosemary’s friends, many who all knew her well in her healthier years, and especially when she was the go to person for travel and vacationing arrangements. She was so very resourceful, helpful and thoughtful.
She was very appreciated amongst her family, peers , co-workers and close friends. Her family and grandchildren were her pride and joy .May god bless her soul.
