Gerry passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Loving husband of Fernande Sanche, father of Raymond (Liliana), Rachelle (Jean-Guy), Francine and the late Michel, grandfather of Jean-Luc (Nancy), Jean-Patrice (Karine), Melissa, Chantal, Gabrielle and Matthieu, great grandfather of Cedrik, Julien and Sara-Jade, his sisters Rolande Dupont, Lorraine Roy, Aline Lapointe and the late Suzanne Lalonde. He will also be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Special thanks to the staff and volunteers of the West Island Palliative Care Residence for the care and support they provided to all of us.
The funeral service will be celebrated at Ste-Genevieve Catholic Church, 16075 Gouin W., Ste-Geneviève H9H 1C7, on Saturday February 23 at 2 p.m. Condolences at the church from 1-2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the West Island Palliative Care Residence or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
