Matriarch of the Starnes family, as a result of covid19, passed away April 25, 2020. Cherished wife of the late George Starnes.
Treasured mother of Heather (Rick). Proud and devoted gran to Ryan Jacques ( Melanie), Serena Jacques (Ben), Adam Jacques (Ann Marie) and Amanda Starnes. Loving Great grandmother to Meadow and Myla Margaret. Arrangements entrusted to Voluntas (West Island). “Too well loved to ever be forgotten”. Interment at Jardins Urgel Bourgie, 3955 Côte-de-Liesse, Montreal, Qc H4N 2N6 later in May.
