WARTH, Harry
- January 31, 2026

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Harry Warth, who left us peacefully on the morning of January 31, 2026 at the age of 65, following a courageous year-long battle with cancer.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Susan; his children, Maximilian, Jennifer, Emilie, and Alexander; his brother, Walter; his mother, Elwira; and many cherished relatives and friends.
Harry met Susan in Australia in 1993. After returning to his native Germany, he later emigrated to Canada in 1997. A motorcycle enthusiast with a love for outdoor travel and adventure, he also enjoyed cooking and hosting lively dinner gatherings. He had a lifelong passion for aviation which took root during his time in Australia and continued after his arrival in Canada, where he recertified and went on to work for many years as a test pilot for flight simulators with Mectronics/Tru Simulation. Harry will be fondly remembered for his dry sense of humour, his generosity, and his spontaneous willingness to help others.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Voluntas (4695 boul. St-Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9H 2A7) on February 13, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Visitation: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Celebration of Life Service: 3:00 p.m.
- Continued visitation and celebration until 6:00 p.m.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre and the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence for their compassionate care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations in Harry’s memory to either organization would be greatly appreciated.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Voluntas
