ALBERT, Paul
3 novembre 1946 - 7 mai 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Paul J. Albert. Born in Edmunston New-Brunswick and resident of Montréal, Paul passed away peacefully of lung cancer on May 7, 2026.
He leaves in his wake his wife of 43 years, Sandra Richard, two beautiful sons and daughters-in-law, Marc (Zofia) & Julien (Meaghan) and three enchanting grand-daughters Krysia (8), Ophelia (5) & Jovie (1 month).
He loved his life. He had many accomplishments such as a doctorate in Biology from the University of New Brunswick which brought him to employment at Concordia University as a tenured professor & researcher, a job he loved with his many accomplished graduate students.
In retirement, he became a gifted artist, a fine woodworker, a pen maker, a furniture maker. He improved his whole house, front yard and back yard which include a fish pond, a great garden; a super landscaper. His family, his home and his outdoors are what he cherished.
He will be missed by his brothers Gilles & Marcel and sister Pauline and their children, his cousins, his colleagues, his neighbours, and his many friends.
If you want to leave a donation, he loved & appreciated all the wonderful help and care he received from:

He was blessed to have Sandra, an extraordinary human being, as his life partner and the mother of their two exceptional sons. He was a good man who lived a good life. May he rest in perfect peace and may his memory be a blessing to all who love him.
