Antoine Edmond Saba
October 26, 1935 – December 14, 2025

With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Antoine Edmond Saba, who departed this life peacefully on December 14, 2025, at the age of 90. A devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and cherished great-grandfather, Antoine leaves behind a legacy of honor, leadership, faith, and unconditional love.

Born on October 26, 1935, in Cairo, he was the beloved son of Edmond Saba and Cleo Aristidi.

Antoine was an engineer and builder whose impact will be felt for generations. He built numerous neighborhoods that became home to thousands of families and communities. He also contributed to the construction of schools and hospitals, leaving behind places of learning, healing, and hope. His work shaped cities and lives, and his name will forever be remembered in El Mokattam, Egypt, where a street proudly bears his name in recognition of his lasting contributions.

Above all, Antoine was charismatic, charming, and kind, he had a rare gift for bringing people together. He was like the sun—someone people naturally looked to for guidance—and one of those rare souls whom you could never meet or know and not remember for the rest of your life. Often the life of the party, he filled rooms with laughter while never hesitating to help those in need, passing his generosity and compassion on to his family. He lived as a faithful follower of Jesus in everything he did, leading with humility, service, and love.

He was the devoted husband of Laurette Natal (sister of Magdy Natal, the late Albert and Joseph Natal, and the late Henriette Naaman), and a loving father to Nevine, Sherine, and Waguih Saba, guiding his family with wisdom, strength, and unwavering devotion.
He was a cherished grandfather to Nancy Camille Khoury, Magd Bekhit, Shoukry Bekhit, Shahd Bekhit, Karim Saba, and Alexa Saba, and a proud great-grandfather to Joey Katchouni, Emma Issa, Mila Issa, Maria Katchouni, Enzo Younan, and Dino Younan.
He is also lovingly remembered as the uncle of Sherif and Amir Soussou, Saad, Reem, and Karen Saba, Joe and Joelle Saba, and Carol Saba, and as a cousin to the Wahba, Kostandi, Samman, and Baladi families. He is survived by his brother Waguih Saba, and is reunited in eternal rest with his late siblings Antoinette Saba, Adel Saba, and Edward Saba.

Though our hearts grieve his loss, his family finds deep comfort in knowing that he is now in the loving hands of Jesus, whom he deeply loved and faithfully followed.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
