Venn, Audrey Lorraine  Passed away on Sunday, Jun 29, 2025 at Ste. Mary’s Hospital, at the age of ninety-three years.

Beloved wife of the late Boyd Venn. Cherished mother of Scott (Peggy) and Karen (Luc). Loving grandmother of Christopher (of Scott & Peggy). Sister to the late Robert (Diane) & late Frank (Edna) Sister-in-law to the late Gary (surviving Mary Jane) and beloved by several nieces & nephews.

She graduated from Regina General Hospital as a registered nurse in 1953. Audrey moved to Montreal in 1955 and joined TCA (now Air Canada) as a flight attendant. She worked for 10 years as a flight attendant. It was the best of times for her to have done all those travels as staff needed to stay 2-3 days in different places giving them time to visit so many countries. She met Boyd when she was living in Côte-St-Luc, married and started her family.

She graduated from Concordia with a B.A. of art specializing in Community Health Nursing. A head nurse of the post surgical ward at Lachine General Hospital & Volunteer UCW Ste. Genevieve United Church.

Visitation and the funeral service will be held at Ste-Genevieve United Church on Sept 27, 2025
(4697 Boul. Saint-Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9H 2A7) Visitation from 10 am to 11 am and the funeral service will start at 11 am. A reception at 12 pm will follow the service in the Voluntas reception hall at the same location. The burial will take place at Rideau Memorial Gardens (4239 Sources Blvd, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec H9B 2A6) at 2:30 pm

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Ste-Genevieve United Church or the SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
