1959 – 2018
Yves passed away in Montreal on October 12, 2018 at the age of 59. He will be sadly missed by his wife Suzanne Chartrand, his sons Marc-Antoine and Simon, Suzanne’s son Maxime Doran, his parents Cécile Dumont and Oliva Domaine, his sisters France and Chantal, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins as well as other relatives and friends.
He was an exceptional father who shared all his passions with his two sons. He leaves behind his loving wife and partner in crime, as well as great chess players, soon-to-be bush pilots, ferocious pool players, fearless downhill skiers, experienced fishers, expert badminton players and seasoned investors. On the professional side, his infallible intuition led him very quickly into the world of information technologies. His great judgment, sense of responsibility, integrity, intellectual skills and hard-worker personality brought him notably to Finland, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As the president of his project management consulting company specialized in information technologies, he contributed to the implementation of the medical imaging network in Quebec that nowadays helps doctors save so many lives. He always excelled at everything he did and had more success in life than he had ever dreamed of. He was appreciated by all his colleagues and loved by his family for the great man he was. Have a good flight Yves.
